Quotations and samples
Product availability, minimum quantities, prices, development charges, payment terms, timing and shipping scope must be agreed in the written quotation. Sample credit is available only when expressly confirmed with its conditions.
Product and artwork approval
Catalogue images illustrate supplier references. Confirm the exact product specification, component list and artwork version before production. A digital mockup is not a physical custom sample.
Shipping and destination responsibilities
Confirm freight, the stated duty and tax scope, product documents and destination requirements for the selected kit. Dispatch and arrival estimates are different stages. Agree discrepancy handling, changes and any warranty or remedy terms before paying.
Artwork rights and communication
Use artwork you have the right to provide. Discuss confidentiality before sharing sensitive files. Sending a request starts a discussion; it does not by itself create a production agreement.
