Buyer questions

DIY lash sourcing questions.
Answers before the first order.

Start with a direct answer, then open the relevant product or procurement guide for the decisions behind it.

What lash styles can I choose?

Start with natural, wispy, hybrid or volume catalogue references. Send the style number and your preferred curl, lengths and tray layout. The sample request confirms the exact specification before production.

Can I start with a sample kit?

Yes. Samples are paid and quoted for the products you choose. A quote separates the sample contents, any physical customization or development charge, and shipping. Ask for any bulk-order credit conditions in writing before payment.

Can you put my logo on the kit and its components?

You can request a branded box, inner tray, cards and selected tools or containers. Send your logo file, colour reference and the surfaces you want branded. Physical printing and a digital mockup are separate items in the quote.

What is the minimum order, and can I mix styles?

The minimum depends on the lash style, material and packaging you choose. Request a quote that states the total order minimum, any per-style minimum and any separate box or material minimum. We can discuss mixed-style runs; the written quote confirms the combination.

How much do 100, 250 or 500 kits cost?

Pricing is configuration-specific. Send the same kit specification at your preferred quantities so the quote can compare product, box, logo or development fees, assembly and shipping on the same basis. There is no single price for every kit.

What is included in a complete kit?

A kit can combine cluster lash trays, a bond-and-seal or pre-glued adhesive system, an applicator, remover and printed instructions in retail packaging. Tray count and optional components are listed individually in your sample request and quotation.

How is shipping charged, and are duties included?

Shipping is quoted using your destination, postal code, quantity and packed dimensions. The quote states the service and whether duties or local taxes are included or payable separately. Liquid-containing kits need a suitable shipping route.

How long do samples and production take?

Your quote confirms separate sample-preparation, production and transit estimates for the actual configuration. Artwork approval and physical packaging development can change the schedule. A production estimate is not the same as a door-to-door delivery date.

How can I check the fibre and band comfort?

Compare the actual samples for fibre finish, band thickness and flexibility, smooth edges, curl and consistency. Request the material specification for the selected style. A catalogue photo or a material name alone does not establish comfort or wear performance.

What documents can I request for bond, seal and remover?

State your destination market and request the ingredient information, safety data sheet, batch information and relevant product test documents for the exact items in your kit. Document availability and product identity must be confirmed with the quote; a general certificate is not a substitute for the correct product file.

Do you offer pre-glued or self-adhesive clusters?

You can enquire about pre-glued references as an alternative to a separate bond-and-seal system. Confirm the actual style, adhesive, reuse instructions and sample availability. Wear duration, water resistance and reuse cycles need evidence for the exact product; we do not promise a universal number.

Do I need finished packaging artwork to get started?

A logo file, brand name, colour direction and a reference box are enough to start a design discussion. A digital packaging mockup can help separate product testing from physical custom-box development. Design scope and physical sample charges are confirmed before work starts.
