Shipping & timing
Lash kit shipping cost.
Know the whole journey.
Production and transport are separate. Your quote should explain both, with the charges and destination conditions made clear.
Send a destination, not just a country.
A city, postal code and expected quantity help compare the right shipping options. Retail boxes can change packed dimensions; liquids need a suitable route.
Confirm the three clocks.
- Sample preparation: available product samples and physical custom development may follow different schedules.
- Production: the agreed start point includes specification and artwork approval.
- Transit: transport begins after dispatch. A production estimate is not an arrival date.
What does the shipping quote include?
- Service, packed quantity and expected transit.
- Freight charge and any shipment restrictions.
- Whether import duties, clearance and local taxes are included or separate.
- Tracking and the shipment documents that accompany the order.
Do not assume a tax-inclusive route is included in the product price. Ask for the written total and any charges payable at destination before you confirm.
