Custom lash packaging.
Made to fit your kit.
Choose a box direction and list everything that must fit inside it. A custom lash packaging request needs dimensions, an insert layout, the branded surfaces and a print-ready artwork plan—not just a logo on a reference picture.

| Decision | Include in the request |
|---|---|
| Box reference | Catalogue code or reference image, opening format and desired dimensions. |
| Contents and insert | Tray count, applicator shape, container dimensions and each item’s position. |
| Artwork | Logo vector file if available, colours, copy, instructions and version number. |
| Finish | Proposed paper/material, colour and printing method for supplier confirmation. |
| Approval | Digital proof, physical sample requirements and the final approved artwork. |
Use the catalogue as a reference library.
The supplier catalogue below shows packaging directions with SF reference codes. Select the closest format, then confirm current availability, dimensions, material and included components. A catalogue box is not a promise that every illustrated accessory is included.

The applicator and the insert are one decision.
A different applicator shape can require a different insert cutout. Extra liquid containers or a second lash tray can change the box size and freight volume. Check the full kit component list before approving an insert.
Ask for an internal layout with dimensions. For a physical sample, check the closure, component retention and how the buyer removes each item.
A proof is not a physical print sample.
A digital mockup helps review positioning and copy. A physical custom sample checks the actual box, fit, material and printed result. Discuss development and setup fees separately from the later production unit price.
Confirm who supplies the final artwork and who checks destination-market wording. Review sample approval and packaging minimums before committing to a print run.
Questions about custom packaging
Can my logo be added to more than the outer box?
Request the box, tray card, instructions and selected tools or containers separately. The available branding method depends on the exact component. Confirm each branded surface, its artwork and any setup charge in the quote.
Do I need finished artwork before asking for packaging options?
No. Start with your brand name, logo, colour direction, a reference box and a component list. Confirm the artwork service scope before requesting final files or physical printing.
