Who handles your inquiry?

When you use the contact form
Clicking Send inquiry submits your email address, optional message and page context to our inquiry endpoint. Resend delivers that information to our team’s business inbox so we can respond. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
When you request samples
The sample-request page prepares your selected styles, email and optional notes for review. You decide whether to open that request in WhatsApp, download it or copy it. Reviewing the request does not send it through the contact form.
Your selected style numbers are stored in local browser storage so they remain available between pages. Clear them from the sample-request page when you want to remove the selection. We remember the previous page path in this browser session to help us understand your inquiry; we do not include campaign tags or visitor identifiers.
Sharing and communication services
WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Resend processes contact-form delivery for us. A download saves a text file to your device; copying uses your device clipboard. Use the public email above if you want to ask about or correct information you have shared.
Artwork and project details
Share only what is needed for the discussion. Agree confidential-artwork handling before sending production files. A website inquiry or sample request starts a conversation; product and commercial terms are confirmed separately.
