Order thresholds & budget

Lash cluster minimum order.
Know what each number means.

There is no universal minimum order or unit price for every lash kit. A quote should identify the total quantity, per-style quantity, packaging minimum and any special-material threshold. Compare prices only after the product and packaging specification are the same.

Four minimums to separate
ThresholdQuestion to ask
Total orderWhat is the minimum for this complete configuration?
Per style or variantCan styles be mixed, and what quantity is required for each?
Printed box or insertIs packaging ordered separately, and what happens to unused boxes?
Special component or materialDoes the requested colour, tool or material have a separate minimum?

Request the same kit at different quantities.

If you are planning 100, 250 or 500 kits, ask for those quantities against one unchanged specification. State the number of trays per kit, exact lash references, adhesive components, tools, box and printed items. These are comparison quantities, not advertised minimums or confirmed availability.

A lower product unit price can be offset by extra development, packaging or freight charges. Use the kit BOM guide to prevent missing components.

Separate recurring and one-time charges.

Your quote should list products, packaging, assembly where applicable, artwork or physical-development charges, freight and the stated tax/duty scope. Confirm the currency, quotation validity and payment terms.

A sample fee is not the production unit price. Ask whether any sample or setup charge is credited against a later order, which charge qualifies, the order threshold and the deadline. A possible credit is not an automatic refund.

Mixed styles need a written allocation.

Send a table of style numbers and quantities. Confirm whether the supplier’s minimum applies per style, curl, length mix or box artwork. If packaging must be made in a larger quantity than your first product run, agree ownership, storage and later use before proceeding.

For a first evaluation, use paid samples. For an order comparison, include the destination and postal code for a freight estimate.

Questions about moq & pricing

Can I mix lash styles in one order?

You can request a mixed-style allocation. The written quote must confirm the minimum for each style or variant and any separate packaging minimum. A total order quantity alone does not confirm the mix.

Can you quote 100, 250 and 500 kits?

Send one complete kit specification and the quantities you want compared. The quote confirms which quantities are available and separates unit costs, development, packaging and freight. Those comparison quantities are not a published MOQ promise.
